The Project Team for each project has always been organized to provide the blend of professional skills and experience required to direct the project in an efficient and timely manner. Our team will offer a multi-discipline approach which matches project elements to qualified individuals trained and specifically experienced in their respective disciplines.

All activities are directed by the principal, who will be responsible for direct contact with the owner in the maintaining of professional services on schedule and within budget.

Consultants are retained as necessary to provide those professional services required for a project depending on the scope of work. The inclusion of the consultants on our project team is addressed at the commencement of a project.

Typically for all our projects, each member of the project team is expected to be involved from the beginning to the end of the project. This guarantees to the owner a thorough methodology and consistency throughout the various phases of the project, from conception to completion. Nothing less should be expected.
